Friendly co-workers and seeing how someones donations make a difference in someone else's life that truly needs them.

Cons

customers want everything for .49 cents or .99 cents when items are definitely worth more and the company needs to make money off those items that can be sold for more

Growth and great people to work with. Great mission statement and they do all they can to meet the statement.

Cons

Massive corporate lay off. I feel this hurt the growth and trust of the company during the turn around of the company name in this region.
