Pros

Personally very satisfying place to work because of the mission to help disabled and disadvantaged people get jobs. Lots of great employees who really care about the mission too. People rally together to get things done and be successful.

Cons

Its hard to pick a downside because I think it's a really good place to work. I think that the jobs in the stores where they sort and stuff have to be pretty challenging. But because it gives people a chance to get back on their feet, I think its totally worth the hard work.

Pros

It was steady employment with a regular paycheck. I did enjoy interacting with the donors and working alone without constant supervision.

Cons

I did not enjoy working long, twelve hour shifts, outdoors in all types of weather. Also, I received no assistance on very busy days when I requested it. The pay was low, $8.75/hr. I was not allowed to keep tips.
