Genuine concern for employees and the community. Many retail employees promoted from within into store manager or workforce development positions

Dealing with a challenging population of participants which can make staffing difficult when working with external companies.

I like shopping within the company as an employee, due to the great deals that meet my satisfaction as a customer and employee within the company and seeking to grow within the company to corporate offices. As for benefits would be the discount that makes a little difference due to struggling in finances. I seek forward to seeking full time employment within the company as well if I only have the right individual (recruiter) to give me the opportunity pertaining to office positions or any other positions that require full time with opportunities for advancement.

Cons

There is no leadership, although I have been able to meet the public customer satisfaction pertaining to all products in the store is not all about "labels such as designer". It is how reasonable in pricing and think is worth the investment in retail.
