Growth and great people to work with. Great mission statement and they do all they can to meet the statement.

Cons

Massive corporate lay off. I feel this hurt the growth and trust of the company during the turn around of the company name in this region.

Great place to get your foot in the door with retail.

Cons

Safety is an issue as donations are sorted within the building and can carry some nasty surprises such as syringes, full cat litter boxes, mice, and other unwanted things.

Working for a great cause. You will learn a lot and enjoy some of what you do.

Cons

Some people you will work with have low education and a high school mentality. If you aren't looking for a management job, those with the high school mentality will be given the power positions and you will get stuck having to take orders from them that just don't make good business sense.
