Pros

A very good mission. A company designed to help people who struggle. Many different departments and ways to get involved.

Cons

Unorganized and low budget. No one is paid what their worth. Non profit should not mean substandard hours and salary.

Pros

Good bunch of people on the working level

Cons

In the past few years benefits have been taking away from employees with the explanation that the company didn't make enough money the previous year. First accrued personal time was taken away, and next Floating holidays were removed from the fringe benefits. Employees are now expected to work every holiday, and are not compensated, as in the past, with a floating holiday. (A payed day off to take within 1 months time.) Not only did employees lose approx. 40 hours in pay... but also much needed rest days which I believe are due.
