Pros

Coworkers, you got to meet a lot of interesting people with some pretty interesting back stories. Other than that I can't really say there is a pro.

Cons

Understaffed - Not willing to hire new people which results in overworking you. Their slogan is that they care about their employees and they're a non-profit organization but they are nothing but profit. Goodwill pays their employees absolute minimum wage and the rest goes to the higher ups. How is anyone supposed to live off of minimum wage these days? There's a reason their turnover rate is atrocious.
