      Terrible human relation dept

      Pros

      Lots of potential for paid time off.

      Cons

      Completely inept Human Resource department. They couldn't answer my benefits questions after I quit my supervisor position with Seattle Goodwill. They have no idea what goes on in the retail stores, because they are so far removed from a retail environment.

      Pros

      Was called for an intial telephone interview. At the end of the telephonic interview I was asked to come to a their corporate office on Beryl for a first round interview. I was interviewed by to individuals, with one telling me the interview went well. I was also be told second round interviews would be conducted the following week. This isn't unusual.

      Cons

      After the intial in-person interview, and upon immediately returing home, which was 20 minutes after the interview, I received a second call asking me back for the second round interview the very next day (versus the following week as I was told during the interview). I was pleased to be called back so quickly. After 10:00 p.m., on the same day, I received an email from this company telling me they had already made their selection and my second round interview scheduled for next day had been cancelled. I was in complete shock a company of this nature would send an email well after business hours communicating this type of information.

      Pros

      Worked there 7 years and I got the job done. I just about every thing just not cashier. I was the best at taking donations and Unloading and Loading Trucks.

      Cons

      The raises were very small. I was always working harder than my other employees and if they messed up I'd get in trouble too.
