Pros

The mission statement and the actual values of the company itself

Cons

My location was very unorganized, executive staff didn’t get alone, always taking about each other to non management staff as well as outside community partnership organizations. Not tight on confidentiality or any form of professional standards whatsoever.

Pros

Working with the community, and helping the people living within achieve a level of normalcy. Working with Special Needs is an amazing feeling.

Cons

The workload literally tripled within two months time. No guidance, you are completely on your own, though the supervisors say otherwise. If you can't handle manual labor do not apply. I felt as though I was lied to, the non-profit atmosphere they painted washed away rather quickly once Boston took over. They began running it as though it were a Walmart or Holister. It failed every expectation they put in my head that it would be. I am so disappointed.
