Management is treated well and offered learning opportunities, incentives, and wage increases at incredible rates. On the other hand if you are not in a management position you are basically looked at as lower class and opportunities are few.

Fun to look through the donations and the customers are great.

Cons

They constanty try to get rid of their own employees. They discriminate against those with disabilities, age and for a non-profit whose mission is to help others retain employment they push people out the door constantly.
