Pros

Very few pros. Good discount if you get to use it. Mgmt (at store 103) can walk out the door with stuff, but employees have to wait and wait before purchases. Good amount of PTO

Cons

Poor HR support. Payroll is rarely correct. MOLD in bins to be sorted with NO protection. No raises unless state mandated. Management lies. Filthy store (103).

Pros

For people who like to work quietly and mainly alone there are positions where you can work in the back of the store sorting donated items. They hire people with disabilities.

Cons

The job pays extremely low compared to other retailers. For a company that makes billions per year, I expect them to pay more than they do. Taking advantage of the disadvantaged shows a lack in ethics.
