Okay To Work, But Not Good for Long Term Goals

Hires good coworkers, consistent scheduling and full time

Cons

Management can't communicate what so ever, always going back and forth on what they mean versus what they said. Very stressful for very low pay. Managers earn extra income on your hard work and aren't honest about why they push so hard (so they can get the bonus based off your hard work) and generally don't care about safety or taking care of their employees

-A job -Wonderful coworkers that make the time go by (Will vary for others)

Cons

Terrible corporate management, -ham-fisting new systems into what worked much better before and requiring to solely rely on it. -Regional sucks the life out of the workplace and will make the place miserable.

Pros

Customers were usually nice, lots of elderly people. Some co-workers were friendly and helpful.

Cons

Overworked and multiple duties you are expected to complete all at once. It's all or nothing. One day you are told to work the register, and organize the wares section, AND be putting away clothes. Another day, you are assigned to be in the back warehouse where you are standing in one place for the entire shift just hanging clothes. Incredibly high turnover rate. Check-out counter process needs a makeover; employees are constantly having to call up a manager for every little thing which held up the line.
