-Great work life-personal life balance (considering that you live in company provided quarters) -Excellent benefits (company accomodation, vehicle policy, communication policy and much more) -Clear job profile (Job clearly described and job positions created only based on need) -Fairness to all employees (reviews are conducted in all fairness based on targets as well as efforts) -Management open to suggestions
