After One year its all downhill

Pros

- Exposure to a lot of situations right at the beginning of career -Mumbai as a location with a company provided residence (not great but what can you expect in Rs1700 per month)

Cons

-6 days week -no growth in profile which is what you need after one year of training -overall growth of the company is too slow (for a renowned company established in 1897 its annual turnover is still only around 1 bn USD) -Lousy managers -people here work regularly for 14+ hrs a day -Rubbish canteen food
