1.Good salary packages. 2.Campus and greenery is outstanding 3.The Quarters facility is awesome 4.The colonies have every facility for school.

Cons

1.No appreciation from senior 2.No proper canteen facilities 3.HR policies are not good. 4.Even we have to work on Sundays 5.No proper balance with your personal life

Rigidly structured organization with good system in place for tracking performance. Willing of management for further development of employees based on loyalty shown.

Cons

Policies seem to be biased towards employees. Compensation and benefits not very good. Besides, growth is very slow due to rigid structured management.
