Pros

For startup programmers, developers and non-bachelors people. Gives you the chance to know very enthusiast people and some times really awesome professionals but more often unexperienced people with "superb" roles that usually performs really bad and demonstrate the lack of experience, mainly in management roles

Cons

Initial pay, fairly good. However the salary stucks even when your performance "Widely exceed expectation". The increase rates during the time inside the company are low in comparison with IT industry. Be more cautious, not showing all time that ONLY matter the profit margins.

Pros

Awesome clients. You can learn a lot and get some badges for your resumé. You can work with outstanding technologies. You can go from a junior position to a semi senior (in some years, maybe you'll need to be patiente). Young environment, good offices.

Cons

Sadly, the list is long here. Wages are poor. You can get the same pay as a non qualified employee in other industries. Even when you must speak in English, facing continuous meeting with USA clients, and having strong technical skills. In Argentina, a country with an annual inflation of >30%, your salary will not be adjusted for several years. Promotions don't mean a wage increasement. They usually give you an inflation adjustment and say it is the promotion adjustment. Adjustments are lower than inflation rates. Each year you will earn less and less. At some point new hired employees, even with lower categories than you, will earn more than you. In my case, after working 4 years for a huge IT company from the USA and being Front End team lead for sometime, and the oldest team member at some point, I found out I was earning a 50% less than other developers with the same category, who were hired recently. Globant admit it. If you work here, be prepared to fight for your salary twice a year, a fight that can last up to 2 months each time. If you don't fight, Globant won't give you any adjustments. The company has too many management levels. From project managers to HR managers, tech masters, etc. All of them will put pressure on you and take low level decisions about your coding work. Even when most of them don't know programming and even don't know the project, because they are in charge of a lot of clients at the same time. The internal company speech is agressive and threatening. Sometimes you could think they are kidding when thay talk to you. But they aren't.
