Employees are hired without confirmed project allocation, placed on the bench, and then pressured to clear internal technical evaluations followed by multiple (often 3 or more) client interview rounds. Despite clearing these, there is no assurance of project onboarding, leading to prolonged uncertainty and stress. The entire process feels inefficient and demotivating. Candidates are better off interviewing directly with companies that have active, confirmed project needs rather than joining and waiting on the bench.
