      Pros

      The biggest pro I was able to take away from Globant was the ability to travel on-site to clients.

      Cons

      Very focused on revenue. They will make decisions that may create more revenue in the short term, even at the expense of the long term or client relationship.

      Good place to learn and start your career ,but not for senior developers .

      Unbelievable low salary. They use to sell resources as specialists but pay them as juniors.

      Pros

      Globant Argentina provides you with a lot of learning tools. Also there is a lot of people eagered to teach you things you wouldn't learn in other jobs, or would take twice as time to do it. Also, it provides you with a very good ressume experience.

      Cons

      The salaries are basically a joke, at least in Buenos Aires. Overtime work is frequently required and is never paid. Also, they pay the employees much lower than what the current market is offering. The worst thing is that every worker at globant is only working there for a purpose: Improve their CV and leave the hell out of that place. It's a software producing factory and the only way to ascend is to know someone with leverege, there is no self-growing there. When entered for 1st time, they provided us fresh fruits, a "healthy breakfast" and bakery stuff... now they have removed that due to "high costs" and they provide us with fruit that is one day next to go rott...
