I don't even know where to start. Globant has a serious problem with work ethics which will never be addressed unless the C-suite is shown the door (not gonna happen). Salary raises are for the most part a joke so employees who are not part of the 'bully gang' become disposable and replaceable quickly, it doesn't matter as there's a queue of people at the door eager to start working for them. Of course top management don't care as their salaries are in USD even in countries like Argentina. The company is full of prejudices against diversity: women, lgbt+, etc. The CxOs are known for groping and harassing female employees but everyone plays stupid about it. The environment is highly toxic, the bully culture is well rooted; I am really surprised no massive harassment charge has been presented so far. My time here was really miserable, I didn't want to go to the office and sometimes got to lock myself up in the restroom just to cry for a couple minutes.

It took me a while but I have decided to write this review about Globant. After working there for a couple of years and comparing it with some of the other companies around; I can truly say it was the worst company of all. Project managers have no idea of what they are doing and they charge customers more than 300% of what employees are paid. I will never work in Globant again!
