      If you are inexperienced it's a good option for some time until you have enough experience for a better and more serious job.

      Cons

      The list of bad things is so big that I'm going to summarize it this way: unethical, not serious.

      None that I can remember really

      Cons

      Very low salary (not even updated according to inflation rate) No benefits Most of the projects really sucks. Clients are starting to notice this, and are looking somewhere else Complete lack of career development Absolutely no training at all, except for stupid internal courses. Managers are the worst, I honestly don't know where they come from.

      Got some great experience at a prestigious company

      Cons

      they hired me to do one thing, never gave me those projects, said that I had to "earn" the ability to choose my specialty, and then gave me projects that were in my weakest skill set and criticized me when i couldn't become a guru overnight. I was expected to develop cutting edge software on a computer with 1 gb ram 40 gb hdd and a single 15 inch monitor.
