      Pros

      Informal structure, project driven, nice people in the teams, interesting customers, the chillout area is cool.

      Cons

      The salaries are too low and promotions or raises are very difficult to get. The business models requires people with low incomes. Many time very bad team management.

      life/work balance is perfect, for example you need enter one hour early or exit one hour early is ok . a lot of benefits, for thecnology, books, places, restaurants, Gyms, travels. much free courses: English lessons in working time, development talks, challenge items, new technology courses. a lot of fun, very confortable place to work, tv cable, plasytations, xbox, metegol, pool, ping pong, etc.

      Cons

      The salary, after a good year of performance just 14% of increase and with a promotion in the position!!!!. that is something that makes you thing I must to leave now, and probably I would do when I finish the university.
