1. Old is Gold in this organization, employees only who had joined in the organisation first (10 years back) get company parking, others park on the road 2. IT Department of GBS is a cost center. Those who have been with the organisation for last 6-7 years get implementation projects, other just have to stand in queue and do support activities (meaningless jobs) 3. Favouritism and stealing of ideas at its level high 4. Top level management is never stable and keep on changing 5. Extra level of ineligible middle level managers
