- Good Brands - Lots of training and development - Benefits - 1/2 Friday in summer and decent PTO - Decent culture of wanting to grow and improve

Cons

- Salary below average - they like to say in line with peers, but lower for sure - Leadership gives perception of change, but the way we sell and market is never innovative. It is the same thing we did just 5 years ago - Resistance to change across organization - Little to no accountability. Someone can totally mess up and somehow get promoted through the right political alignments
