Pros

Inclusive environment, ability to work remotely for most roles, smart, results -oriented people, engagement high, mobilizing to meet new consumer needs, exciting

Cons

Large company problem of too many disconnected processes and time spent trying to figure out who does/owns what. High engagement could be replaced by burn out

Pros

Good insurance and pay. Good vacation days

Cons

Too much things that are evil going on and surpervisors are fooled by leadership which most are eating up overtime pay and lying. Don't do random drug test on fulltimers or temps. A lot are coming high and drug deals going on.

Pros

Multiple, strong branded business and benefits. Amazing, talented people. It’s a very networking centric organization where relationships are critical to succeed.

Cons

Limited geographic opportunities aside of headquarters in Minneapolis. Because networking is so important, it might sometimes become hard if not based in headquarters.
