Pros

Really great people. Building relationships is strongly encouraged as part of the culture and focus on your personal development is really important. Awesome diversity and opportunities.

Cons

Business results have not been good the last several years. Sales and stock price declines.

Pros

Great Benefits on paper. Onsite day care, medical care, hair salon and company store.

Cons

All the great benefits they offer on paper are impossible to take advantage of. They are always a WORKING MOTHER magazine best company for women and the are awful at allowing it. They judge you for taking time to pump during the day, and maternity leave is frowned upon. Also, they have an on-site daycare which I was never able to get my child into even though I was on the wait list for 7 months. They offer "sick child care" so that you can go to work and take your child to the sick child care and not stay home. NOT a family friendly company. The executives are awful. A pit of cobras would be more friendly than the executives at this company. I could not leave fast enough. Five years was too long.
