From the very first day, I was thrown into a meeting with no prior warning or explanation of what the meeting entailed. To that end, my onboarding experience was quite shoddy and very rushed. The program that I supported was all over the place, and there was tons of turnover quite often. A lot of obsequious people across the program, but it did not stop many of them from being displaced. There’s no accountability for the errors of people’s actions; the program constantly ran amok. People (including myself) can be displaced at any given moment and there’s no support from HR. There was no exit interviews conducted to apprise me of my benefits, final pay, completing my final timesheet, etc. Internal Mobility does not really help much, but utilize them at your own expense. I would not recommend this company to anyone because it is a very toxic workplace. Please read all the other reviews and believe them!
