Good for entry level claims

Cons

They’re not transparent about any processes. After I was hired they lied to me about compensation, the incentive bonus, they ask you to work outside of work hours without compensation. The pay sucks! You could make 50k a year but they only allow you to work 35 hours a week which places your salary at 45k a year. Management is not on one accord and they are building the training program as they go.

Pay is reasonable, LGBTQ+ Inclusive, Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, 401k etc., promoting of work-life balance.

Cons

Extensive workload without proper staffing of claims handlers. Lack of proper resources that are distributed to the claims handlers so files can be more uniform. Claims system is 3 different systems that must be learned to handle a claim, all with different processes.
