- Excessive busy work - Dealing with complaining and arguing all day from claimants/members - Moderate to poor training

Pros

You can work from home, lots of training opportunities, they give you a flex day 1 day a month to take off work for the extra time you put in. I have a great supervisor and manager. I can picture myself moving up quickly here.

Cons

Tons of work but gives you chance to show your worth and move up. Management is run by young people and some are amazing and others are not. Salaries can be really good, however there is a huge discrepancy between people of the same title. 1 person can make 53k while the other person makes 60k for the same role. They ask you what you make during the interview which I think is tacky. Lots of family works in the same office this can be good or bad.

Greater amount of work involved for one individual. Often the challenging task of working with medical providers not as cooperative as desired.
