This is a great work environment. My manager gives me the freedom to work my claim without the feeling of being micromanaged. When emergencies arise, my supervisor really works with me.

Good Benefits, good location

Cons

Las Vegas office is run with micromanaging manager and supervisors, always pushing employees with unmanageable work load with low staffing of claims assistant, Company is selling themselves as a paperless company but they do not have a plan of how they are going to get there. Leaving the adjusters with a lot of clerical duties besides handling an overwhelming case load.

Wonderful people to work with. I get along with everyone in the office and the option to work some from home is wonderful for my schedule.

Cons

The training culture is a bit of "sink or swim" as you are thrown into a full desk following a few weeks of desk ridealongs
