Benefits - nothing much except for the wfh part

Renumeration. Company's financials in a mess. No increment, New bonus scheme designed with the intention to stop employees qualifying for bonus. Previously owed bonus, no payment date in sight. So no matter how hard you worked, you dont see improvement in pay. Pointless Individual Awards Company gives out individual awards. But seriously, some individuals who got it, you will seriously wonder how they won the award, especially if you worked with them and see the level of work that was delivered. Side note, is really disappointing some really good individuals never get recognized. Maybe that's why the company is in a mess. Good employees dont get recognized while those who take advantage of their team members, such as not giving project hours, etc, get awarded due to good individual numbers which was gained at the expense of junior staff. Such incidents is equivalent to senior management giving the nod to continue such bad culture.
