Pros
A wide variety of practices means that Frost & Sullivan offers potential for switching coverage areas - even if that is not as easy a process as it could or should be.
Cons
Very little concern for the frontline employees paid by top management in decision making and Frost & Sullivan is nothing if not a top down environment. More importantly, there is a distinct lack of a solid intellectual foundation for much of the research and the naked greed sometimes exposed by the Awards program hurts the company's reputation among customers.
