On the eve of becoming the last company on Earth still running its entire IT infrastructure on 1995-era Lotus Notes, leadership suddenly “discovered” disruptive new technology: AI. Unfortunately, they couldn’t spell it correctly. And yes—this is the same leadership currently holding whiteboard debates with cucumbers.

Cons

Run from the boat anchor. There is no growth, no vision, no leadership, people hanging on by a thread. They don't pay commissions, they don't pay there obligations around bonus. They are always in a low suit. An employee in France is owed over $2 million.
