Worst company I've worked with so far in my career. Got no bonuses, got no hikes, working here felt draining. This company lacks vision and objectives, and it reflects in their management. Its a legacy company people resort to old ways of doing things. I noticed the incompetence from my team leads, architects and manager from day one.
