      - Quality First mentality - High skilled professionals - Really high learning curve environment - TRUE 100% Remote company - Employees wellbeing always pushed as standard - Management (and Products) with a clear roadmap - Hierarchy almost invisible - Huge variety of employee benefits - Extreme working time flexibility

      - Working only 100% remotely could be stressful sometimes - Growing really fast, you can lose the perception of your colleagues

      Dynamic and exciting company, constantly pushing the envelope and continuously reporting exciting developments. Fantastic attitude to remote working, support is great.

      Pros

      It's great to be part of such an energetic and smart team. The company is incredibly transparent and involves everyone into basically everything. Sometimes that's not as efficient, as you can imagine, but the upside weighs far heavier and that is that everyone's heavily involved and wants to go the extra mile. There is a lot of room for initiative and giving your opinion, meaning that you can contribute to the growth of the company, as well as learning a bunch of stuff along the way. Exciting times!

      At this point, only the usual start up stuff that has to do with structure and heavy growth!
