      Pros

      I've been at Form3 since the very early days and love it; main pros I would say are; - Deep subject matter experts and people with lots of knowledge and many years of experience in their field - Simple organisation structure without bureaucracy - Great team work and collaboration - Try new things, learn and adapt quickly - A real focus on getting things done and making a difference for customers

      Cons

      Very fast paced, doesn't suit everyone, it can be tricky to keep up with everything. But that creates a real buzz

      - The payment platform quality is paramount. Product team is accessible to provide and clarify requirements. - Engineering teams are populated by small groups of smart and experienced individuals which care about theirs products and craft.

      Cons

      The US market was not ready for the product. Stakeholders required cutting losses which resulted in rounds of layoff.
