- The company has been enacting restricting policies and has become a stuffy place to work. Everything is so slow.
- The company laptops are basically unusable due to strict enforcements. - The benefits are _absolute_ minimums. Some people have had benefits misrepresented verbally to be more attractive during their interviews, so don't trust anything unless it's stated explicitly in the contract.
- As mentioned in other reviews, promotions are really covert popularity contests. The company is rife with nepotism, so don't expect to quickly get promoted no matter how hard you work.
- DEI efforts are a joke. There are no real OKRs around DEI, the C-levels don't put any effort into improving diversity and they don't provide any support to grassroots movements around it either. Absolutely laughable.
