Pros

If your into fast paced, quick decision making, hard work then your at the right place.

Cons

The company should spend time giving thank you to the people in the field. We should take a stand and close on holidays. Forever 21 is a big name, imagine the type of people we could benefit and attract because of the publicity this would give us

Pros

There were no pros to mention. Co-workers were nice sometimes and that's about it.

Cons

- Terrible discount (10%), employees aren't even supposed to return things. - Favouritism - Some ppl would get suspended/fired while other employees just got a verbal warning for exact same thing - Store hired over 300 employees just to set up the store and stopped scheduling people (so that they would eventually just quit) - Many people were promised full-time (leaving their jobs for f21, only to find out only managers get full-time) - Late shifts, you'll never be off work on time - People's jobs are often threatened ("if you wanna keep working here you better do this") - Crazy overnight shifts that sometimes went from 6pm to 6am

Pros

The people that are hired are carefully screened for personality fit so, chances are you're going to love who you are working with. There's a strong life/work balance in that at 6pm the company turns into a ghost town. You'll wear a million hats and learn a million different things that have nothing to do with why you were hired but will grow you as an employee. Starbucks on site and a $3 lunch buffet.

Cons

It is hard to get a raise or a promotion unless you're a favorite. Compensation is well below the median. Titles don't mean anything. It's a very top/down micro managed environment. Be prepared to not actually make any decisions and hand all decision making over to the company owners. And for some reason managers with awful reputations and 100% annual turnover rates seem to be the most successful. Turnover is very high.
