Pros

There are none.... and considering I have always been a "glass half-full person", this is really sad. If my overall rating could be zero stars, that's what I would have chosen.

Cons

The company is completely unorganized, they have no idea how to set their stores up for success or provide the necessary help that stores need in order to improve their day to day business. Corporate sets unrealistic expectations and implements too many company directives that are supposed to "help drive business" within the stores. Rather than driving business, these promotions do nothing but confuse the customer and make them angry when something isn't ringing up correctly. Constantly threatened by management to either bring up sales or lose your job, which makes it extremely difficult to stay motivated and motivate sales associates to do their job. Complete joke of a company. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, and these are just some of the reasons why this company has such a high turnover rate. Considering this company recently let go of their ENTIRE regional hubs, it's not exactly packed full of career opportunities. With upper management constantly worried about whether or not they will have a job, top talent will avoid this company at all costs.

Pros

Fast paced and challenging. You learn a lot in a short amount of time and cultivate good working relationships with your peers, which expands your professional network. It is a fast fashion bootcamp if you are serious about working in the fashion industry.

Cons

Bully culture and low pay. There's not a lot of collaboration with other departments and teams.

Pros

Nothing worth mentioning unless you consider the fact that you do not have to worry about being micromanaged, because you never will get guidance.

Cons

Zero work life balance. Long hours. Never received feedback on performance from district manager and barely had store visits or one on one communication on a weekly basis. Position is purely solo. Expect to be on your own without guidance and direction of expectations.
