      Pros

      I quit right before they moved HQ to an even farther place in LA, so it was free lunch and I met some great friends who I still keep in contact with.

      Cons

      SO UNORGANIZED that I don't know WHERE to BEGIN. I felt HORRIBLE for the customers we had to LIE to about 80% of the time asking where their orders where and why they couldn't exchange. So many times I wanted to tell customers, you are right, I don't understand why this is the policy.

      -Being able to wear cute clothes to work -Meeting great customers and co-workers

      Cons

      -The company is so unorganized -The store manager is VERY unorganized, rude, and a incompetent of running a business. -Schedules are unreliable. (We're sent home in the middle of our shift because of the unorganized scheduling process.) -We do/did not receive any training -We are not informed of sales, discounts, or specials. -The store manager and co-managers do not care about anything or anyone except themselves and their pay checks. -Employees only get a 10 percent discount -Military employees do not receive a discount at all

      Good lunches, room for growth, some good people

      Cons

      low pay, bad management, people are constantly leaving so more work is always piled on top of another, unorganized system, some employees are back stabbers, hostile working environment, company doesn't make employees feel appreciated
