Pros

Hmmm... Cant think of any except they are trying to improve their computer systems.

Cons

The don't care about their employees at all, there is not much incentive to stay. Turn over is extremely high. Most employees are disgruntled and don't last long. The hierarchy is a joke and the owner doesn't invest in the company, upper management isn't really involved and definitely doesn't teach leaders anything. They are not interested in growing people or staff retention. Their systems are backwards, stores fly blind with little to no reports and policies are not updated properly. Each store is run how management sees fit, no two are the same and no two districts are the same. It's a joke, for a 30 year old company one would think they would have evolved more by now. They will break you down as a person and you will hate your life, stay away!

Pros

Made good relationships/friendships. Dress code is pretty casual. Cafeteria is OK - they serve ice cream on Fridays.

Cons

Most of the managers don't speak english and most being straight from Korea, have very poor management/ verbal skills. You're practically required to work overtime everyday and they work you to the bone. I don't think this company believes in your personal happiness or well being outside of work. You get an awesome 10% employee discount…cool.

Pros

Basic like any retail clothing store, so the work isn't stressing on your brain. You get to meet new and fun people who are into fashion.

Cons

I helped open the store in Pasadena, CA and they worked us like dogs. We would have shifts that start in the late evening and work til the morning. When it became close to being overtime, they would force us to clock-out of the system to "end our day" and clock back in immediately after to start a "new day's shift." Pretty much illegally making us work for minimum wage through our overtime so we wouldn't get paid 1 1/2 pay per hour. I just graduated high school at the time so I had no idea that this kind of manipulation was illegal. Management minds their own business and will not care to see how much of a hard worker you are so it's pretty tough to climb the ladder with this company.
