Pros
I guess it's getting paid for your break , working in a busy environment , make sure you definitely speak up otherwise they will take advantage of you, you get to wear whatever you want which is amazing and they say no named footwear but I still do because it's a long shift,
Cons
Clearly don't care about staff, u have to overwork, staff who can't speak English properly, unisex toilets gross, no staff room facilities, crap pay, constantly folding clothes, senior staff rude, terrible discount , bad working conditions , worst discount ever, no uniform allowance, no permanent lockers for staff, induction very brief, make u do jobs without training , you never leave the store on time even if the floors are recovered, if you work more than 7 hours u get 20min break , u don't get no break after 5 hours which is illegal and it is tiring , very long day , staff are rude aswell thinking they are superior than others, not enough staff cover, main advice don't even apply for this company and never work here because you want to come to work feeling happy I feel depressed , only due to get another job and leave. They also give you certain contracted hours but never give you the hours fully
