      Pros

      Learn to adapt quickly. Fast paced. Can be exciting. It's fashion so there are fun moments.

      Cons

      Difficult to grow if you are not favored by upper management (you can be if you try to please them). Micromanagement from top to bottom. No ability to make even small decisions without upper management's stamp - literally, a stamp. A lot of insecure mid-senior level management.

      Pros

      It is a growing company, so there are lots of growth opportunities and chances to go to re-fixtures/re-models and NSOs. They sell great product and hold strong merchandising standards/ values.

      Cons

      They undervalue and underpay all but store-management/corporate level. There is an insanely high turn-around rate. They treat all employees as replaceable. Also, they've recently slashed all "non-essential" positions and combined others, doubling work-load and not pay of many long-time employees. Anyone unwilling to accept these changes were forced to resign. Corporate is too cheap to staff their stores properly, then fault the stores for customer complaints about these issues.

      Allowed to use creativity and personal style when merchandising, ability to work with a variety of merchandise, diverse work environment

      Cons

      Incompetent management, no accountability, disorganization, lack of communication amongst management and Leads, petty drama, gossip amongst colleges and management, sales associates are not trained nor fashionable
