      Pros

      fun place to work if you can make friends easily, part-time job great for high school kids starting out in retail.

      Cons

      no advancement, endless work and go-backs, late nights and stuffy stores depending on location. Poor employee discount. Pay is sub-standard compared to competitors.

      -Got to learn the hype behind Forever21 -Got a chance to meet people via customers

      Cons

      -Incompetent management staff -My location did not adhere to Equal Opportunity Employer Guidelines -A very discouraging work environment, the glass is always half empty -Stupid fuss created over everyday things -Lack of proper training, cannot assume one store runs like the neighboring retail store -Improper labor standards that break DOL laws -Very unprofessional workplace, you go there to work not to find your best friend and gossip -Senior management is hypocritical in their behavior -A hobo off the street can run the place
