      overworked and underpaid

      Pros

      - fun environment - you learn a lot about merchandising - you are given a lot of responsibility - strong company to work for

      Cons

      - bad management -terrible hours - the pay is low for what you are expected to do - the customers are difficult to work with

      Overall, a good experience there. Though it was a lot of folding, it was a good first job.

      Pros

      Some of the things that I learned from working at Forever 21 was working on my people skills, learned how to fold properly, learned to be patient, and learned how to handle money.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides are constant folding (but that's a given), dealing with rude customers and trying not to lose my cool, and those late hours.

      Pros

      Dress code was comfortable, awesome coworkers, salary based on experience (I've had a lot of experience in retail, so my salary wasn't too bad).

      Cons

      Management was terrible towards their employees (except for some of the assistant managers), they degraded and belittled their employees. Breaks in for store opening was pretty much NON-EXISTENT.
