During my time at Forever 21, I was part of 6 lay off rounds on my department at HQ and moved desks 7 times. There is zero job security along with terrible upper management. They do not want to promote anyone and getting a raise doesn't exist. Beware

Horrible leadership, divided, chaotic, too many chiefs trying to approve, lack of organization, old school programs, too many personal opinions, put vendors out of business, stole or copied other vendors styles, and they don't pay what you deserve and they can change your position or department without your consent.
