Great work balance.......nothing else!

Great work life balance Management (especially IT) very flexible about work hours No stress

Cons

No ambition to do things correctly No desire to embrace new process or technology IT team (UK) is trapped in time warp....they have no desire or makes any attempt to update systems. US IT is too greedy and hoard all interesting project hence UK IT has very little options.

The benefits are not too bad

Cons

The technological infrastructure is one of the worst I've seen for a company of this size. Lack of direction by senior management. Lots of ideas float around but the focus is ONLY on the present instead of envisioning the effect of decisions made now on the long term future. On the technology side instead of revamping the systems in place completely, the action taken is mostly a "band-aid" approach.
