Overhaul/New Approach Needed - Anonymous employee Fitch Ratings Employee Review

The technological infrastructure is one of the worst I've seen for a company of this size. Lack of direction by senior management. Lots of ideas float around but the focus is ONLY on the present instead of envisioning the effect of decisions made now on the long term future. On the technology side instead of revamping the systems in place completely, the action taken is mostly a "band-aid" approach.
