      Pros

      Flexibility (working from home is allowed) traveling, team working and possibility to take challenges on its own

      Cons

      Fiserv doesnt pay attention to employee satisfaction, salary reviews are ridicolus, they dont seem to care if people are extremely unhappy and yet ready to leave the company

      it is nice company to work with where there is nice work and life balance

      Cons

      most of the projects work 24/7 so you may get more of night shift,if your ok with that then nothing like it
