      Management attitude Degrade the employee position create the negative environment. Very less number of holidays.

      Pros

      Get good exposure to Banking domain and get to work on multiple banking products. As Lead role there is lot of learning is there as it is also CMMI level 5 company

      Cons

      Promotion and recognition system was not at all good, lot of biasing between old timers and new breed of people joining the company. Senior Mgmt is never approachable except one or two.
