Pros
Good Learning opportunity, Employee opinion in most of the aspect is taken into consideration, descent hikes. High weighted is given to innovation, Good salaries for Freshers. Very little deductions on salary. Lot of team orientation actives and extra activities(other than work like fun, charity, Social awareness, health awareness activities) are done. Approachable seniors
Cons
Moderate salaries for laterals, Too many and redundant processes. Some times you can see favoritism but i suppose that is everywhere. Very less onsite opportunities. Not very huge strength in any location so may not be able to see huge and ample of infra.
