      Pros

      Processes are really good. COE's exist for expertise solutions in Technical, testing & BA areas. Facility is very good. Compensations are decent.

      Cons

      Staff at executive levels are not very technical. Quality of solutions provided to end users is not very good. Biasness and favoritism is there in India management.
